My Profile
Annie Mok

I love roses. Their beauty and elegance have captured me ever since I was young.

In order to express my appreciation of them, I learned flower arrangement and opened flower shops which I then began making crystal flowers for a year, and soon moved onto the tangible clay flowers. After many years of practice and hard work, I completed the clay flower instructor program in 1997 of Madoka Flower Design School from Japan and received the master diploma. I had been devoted into the craft ever since.

It was few years ago when I came across a miniature dollhouse, an inner desire of creating miniatures was discovered. I then created furnitures, walls , floor and other items with different kinds of clay. Once perfected I move onto creating 1:12 miniature of flowers and everything that existed in my imagination.

Amongst them is my DIY dollhouse, which was full of challenges. I created everything from diy assembling, painting, wallpapers, interior design and lights wiring. Not only did I enjoy myself during the process, I explored and realized my artistic capacity, as well as the unique feelings one is able to experience through the creation of art.

Ever since, I have devoted myself into the craft of miniature, where I created everything I observed in my daily life.

Shortly, my first webpage and Mini Era Studio was created in 2004 with the goal of expanding and expressing my love for miniature with others.

I hope to continue to share my passion for miniature with you all through this website and my projects. Your support and appreciation are my fuel towards creating better art.
